The place was modern, with very attentive staff, especially the lovely cheerful receptionist. We enjoyed the extensive breakfast that included breads and bangers. - the location was central, just a short walk to the most wonderful lake in Iceland. - We were able to easily visit Krafla, which is at a moderate distance from the hotel.

Can be described as a really amazing experience, would recomand. Stylish hotel overall, is has excellent service and marvellous location close to all the main attractions in the area. At the main bar they serve great food and drinks.

Really enjoyed the place, had a really great stay on vacation. Our queen room had it's own little balcony, a small fridge and a flat-screen television. The location in a very quiet area was marvellous and stunning. You could walk to supermarkets and shops.
